Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (A Manual Osteopathic Approach) is a gentle and holistic healing approach that focuses on the body’s sympathetic nervous system and specifically the Vagus nerve which controls our self-regulation and controls our fight or flight response to stress and trauma. This gentle Craniosacral approach uses subtle touch and deep listening to help clients release physical and emotional tensions stored in the body, especially our organs, fascia, and the balance of our left and right brain through craniosacral fluid. This release of tensions helps the body return to a state of balance, vitality and homeostasis. This treatment facilitates the body’s natural healing processes and harmonizes its rhythms. Craniosacral treatments alleviate a wide range of issues, from physical pain and stress to emotional imbalances, untimely promoting overall well-being and resilience.
This treatment can help with physical and emotional trauma, headaches and migraines, concussions, physical and emotional pain, TMJ, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, insomnia, autoimmune disease, depression, anxiety, ADHD, pregnancy (pre-and post-natal) digestive issues, post and long-COVID conditions, and more!
*Please note: Craniosacral Therapy is covered under Osteopathic benefits.
