Meet Debbie.
Debbie is a Registered Massage Therapist with a 3300-hour diploma and a deep passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and lives.
Her extensive experience working with athletes, injuries, pre/postnatal and chronic conditions has given her a remarkable ability to intuitively understand the body and tailor treatments in a way that feels deeply supportive, effective, and unlike anything most clients have experienced. Her treatments may incorporate a blend of therapeutic techniques, fascia release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and cupping, depending on the client’s goals and comfort level. Debbie believes in truly listening to the body and creating a space where clients feel cared for, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey.
Debbie also specializes in concussion therapy, supporting clients with a gentle, individualized approach focused on reducing symptoms, calming the nervous system, and helping the body heal at its own pace. After experiencing her own serious concussion and neck injury that led to a difficult two-year recovery, Debbie developed a deep understanding of how overwhelming concussion symptoms can be. Her personal experience allows her to provide care that is not only therapeutic, but genuinely compassionate and supportive.
“I want to provide compassionate, individualized care that helps clients feel supported, understood, and more connected to their bodies throughout the healing process. I strive to create a calming space where people can reduce pain, regulate their nervous system, and move toward greater balance and well-being.”
Rooted in Purpose
After many years working in the oil and gas industry, Debbie made the decision in 2015 to follow a more meaningful path — one centered around health, healing, and supporting others. That journey led her to massage therapy, where she discovered the powerful impact hands-on care can have on both the body and nervous system.
With a lifelong passion for wellness, Debbie has always been drawn to healthy living — whether through fitness, nutrition, movement, or time spent outdoors. Raised in British Columbia and deeply connected to the mountains, she spends much of her free time hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, and exploring nature with family and friends.
