She provides both individual and family therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and begin to heal.

Donna specializes in parent-teen conflict, complex child and youth behavioural needs, and trauma-informed therapy for individuals of all ages. She also works extensively with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns such as:

  • Grief and loss

  • Emotional regulation and chronic stress

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth

  • Boundary-setting and codependency

  • Anger management

  • Disordered eating and body image concerns

  • Substance use and addiction recovery

Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist frameworks. Donna tailors each session to the unique needs of the individual or family, using therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Motivational Interviewing, among others.
