Janet’s journey into holistic wellness began over 20 years ago when she courageously combined her lifelong love of food with a deep passion for health and healing. She returned to school to study at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, where she became a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (CHNC). What began as a personal calling quickly evolved into a thriving, multi-faceted career rooted in helping others feel their best—mind, body, and spirit.

Over the years, Janet has continued to expand her knowledge and offerings, earning certifications as a Metabolic Balance Coach, Certified Sports Nutrition Consultant (CSNC), Certified Reiki Master, Colon Hydrotherapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher. Her work is the beautiful integration of science, soul, and nourishment—from the inside out.

Janet’s passion for food has led her to take numerous cooking courses, including a healthy culinary arts program at George Brown College in Toronto. For over 16 years, she has worked as a Personal Chef, blending her nutritional wisdom with culinary creativity to prepare healing, wholesome meals right in her clients’ homes. Her food is not just nutritious—it’s vibrant, intentional, and made with love.
