Jenny Nordheim, RMT is a 2200-hour graduate of the Massage Therapy program at the Professional Institute for Management and Technology in Calgary, AB. From her very first massage, she knew she had found her calling. This initial spark grew into a deep appreciation and passion for the healing power of massage therapy, inspiring her to dedicate her career to helping others find relief and restoration through therapeutic touch.

Jenny has advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and offers gentle, nurturing treatments that encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Whether supporting post-surgical recovery, reducing swelling, or helping clients who feel heavy and inflamed, her work is rooted in patience and care. Many clients share that they leave feeling not only lighter physically, but calmer and more settled within themselves.

She also specializes in TMJ therapy, helping ease jaw tension, headaches, and upper-body strain. Jenny understands how long the body can hold onto stress, and she approaches these areas with compassion, attentiveness, and thoughtful precision — creating space for lasting relief.
