KATHLEEN COUTURIER
Kathleen is a 2200-hour graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at the Professional Institute for Management and Technology in Calgary, AB. She is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of massage and is dedicated to creating a calm, healing space where women can restore balance and well-being.
Kathleen takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach, focusing on techniques that support pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellness. She is passionate about working with various conditions such as: fasciitis, headaches/migraine, TMJD, tendinitis, frozen shoulder, runner’s knee, various sprains or strains, nerve damage, lower back pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, carpal tunnel and more.
With a deep appreciation for mindful living, she enjoys yoga, nature walks, and traveling. Her background in the military and love for horseback riding reflect her quiet strength and commitment to personal growth. Compassionate and grounded, Kathleen believes in the power of therapeutic touch and is honored to support others on their wellness journey.
