KATHLEEN COUTURIER

Kathleen is a 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapist and a proud graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at the Professional Institute for Management and Technology in Calgary, AB. She brings a deep passion for the healing arts and a calm, nurturing presence to each session. Her mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space where women can relax, reset, and feel deeply supported in their wellness journey.

Drawing on a strong foundation of therapeutic techniques, Kathleen takes a thoughtful, intuitive, and client-centered approach to care. Her treatments are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, with a strong focus on pain relief, stress reduction, and long-term wellness. She is especially experienced in supporting clients with a variety of conditions including plantar fasciitis, migraines and headaches, TMJD, tendinitis, frozen shoulder, runner’s knee, acute and chronic sprains or strains, nerve damage, lower back pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, and post-surgical recovery. Kathleen approaches each condition with both technical skill and deep empathy, helping her clients move through discomfort and toward greater ease in their bodies.

Her approach is informed not just by professional training, but also by her life experience. With a background in the military, Kathleen understands the value of structure, discipline, and resilience—but she also embraces the softer side of healing. Her love for horseback riding, yoga, nature walks, and travel reflect her belief in balance, mindfulness, and personal growth.

Grounded, compassionate, and deeply present, Kathleen sees massage therapy as more than a treatment—it is a pathway to deeper self-connection and healing. She is honored to be part of her clients’ wellness journeys and brings her whole heart to the work of helping others feel more at home in their bodies.
