Meet Kimberley.

Kimberley is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), Counselling Therapist (CCTA), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT & RMFT), holding professional credentials in both Canada and the United States. She has completed both Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which she thoughtfully integrates into her work supporting couples and relationships.

She provides therapy for children (ages 4+), youth and teens, adults, couples, and families, offering a flexible and compassionate approach that meets each client where they are in their journey.

Her approach to therapy is centred in Trauma-Informed Care, ensuring that each client feels safe, supported, and empowered throughout their healing process. Kimberley is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle yet effective therapeutic approach designed to help process trauma and difficult experiences in a way that feels manageable and compassionate.

What matters most to Kimberley is creating a safe and compassionate space for you to explore whatever challenges you’re facing. Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a family navigating a challenging season, an individual focused on personal growth, or a couple looking to strengthen and reconnect in your relationship, she is there to listen deeply, honour each unique story, and offer practical tools to support healing and growth.

“I want to create a space where healing feels possible through safety, connection, and compassion, and where no one has to carry their story alone.”

Rooted in Purpose

Kimberley knew as early as high school that she wanted her life’s work to be about helping people. Even then, she felt drawn to the quiet, unseen struggles that many carry, and held a deep curiosity for what it means to truly support someone through them. Growing up with an understanding of dysfunction, she developed a strong desire to learn how healing becomes possible when people are met with the right care, guidance, and compassion.

Over time, this evolved into a profound awareness of how many people move through grief, trauma, and life’s heavier moments feeling alone in their experience. It became important to her that people—no matter their age or stage in life—are reminded that they do not have to carry those moments by themselves.

For Kimberley, therapy is not meant to feel intimidating or distant. She believes it should feel human, safe, and grounded in honesty. Her intention is to create a space where clients can exhale, soften, and feel seen exactly as they are—without pressure, expectation, or judgment.

Her commitment to this work has led her to continually deepen her practice, including training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), allowing her to support healing in a gentle and meaningful way. For Kimberley, learning is ongoing—it is part of how she shows up more fully for the people she walks alongside, offering care that is both thoughtful and evolving.
