Meet Dr. Lindsay.

She was then awarded her Doctor of Chiropractic after completing four years of study at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her evidence-based practice includes chiropractic manipulation, mobilization, education, rehabilitation, and soft tissue therapy. She has a special interest in women’s health and works tirelessly to empower her patients in their lifelong wellness. It is Dr. Lindsay's privilege to support women from puberty, to pregnancy, to postpartum and beyond. She also offers safe, nurturing treatments for babies and children of any age.

Dr. Lindsay has completed her GrowCo postnatal rehabilitation and recovery training; she is committed to holding space for women at all stages of motherhood. She is also working to qualify as both a birth doula and a postpartum doula with DONA International.

“Healing is a process of becoming supported, seen, and held—something that is deeply shaped by connection and community. Within my practice, the feminine collective is something I hold closely, reflecting the quiet strength we carry together.”

Rooted in Purpose

Dr. Lindsay has felt drawn to healing from a young age, with a deep sense that this was the path she was meant to follow. Over time, she came to understand that healing can take many forms, and she felt especially called to tactile, physical care—the kind that works directly with the body in a supportive and restorative way.

At the heart of her work is a profound belief in the feminine collective. She speaks to the unspoken connection shared among women—the idea that we are inherently linked, and that what affects one can be felt within many. In this shared experience, there is strength, softness, and a quiet understanding that we are never truly walking alone.

She also believes that healing is a powerful force that extends beyond the individual, creating connection and strengthening community. In this way, healing becomes something shared—something that can bring people closer, offering support, understanding, and care across lived experiences.

Through her practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Lindsay is passionate about empowering women to reconnect with their strength, their bodies, and their own sense of resilience. She encourages patients to lean into that inner strength, and to recognize the capacity they already hold within themselves.

Above all, she strives to create a space that feels safe, calm, and deeply supportive—where patients are met with compassion, and where healing can unfold gently, in its own time.
