Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. Using precise manual techniques, our practitioner assess and release areas of tension or restriction in the muscles, joints, and connective tissues to improve mobility, circulation, and overall function. By looking at the body as an interconnected system, manual osteopathic therapy takes a holistic approach to care, helping to relieve pain, restore movement, and support overall well-being.

At Maliya, Chelsea focuses on identifying and treating restrictions in the body that may be contributing to pain, tension, or reduced mobility. She delivers personalized care, customizing treatments to meet your unique health goals and concerns.
During a session, Chelsea uses gentle hands-on techniques to assess how the body is moving and functioning. Treatment may involve working with muscles, joints, fascia, and other tissues to help restore movement, reduce strain, and support proper alignment. By addressing the root causes of discomfort rather than only the symptoms, this approach aims to help the body function more efficiently and comfortably.
