Meet Rhylee.

Rhylee Redden is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. With three years of experience in private practice and a background in community mental health, Rhylee provides compassionate, evidence-based support to adults navigating life's challenges and transitions.

Rhylee works with individuals and couples experiencing stress, burnout, workplace challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, parenting concerns, relationship issues, and major life transitions such as divorce, career changes, retirement, and financial adjustments. She also supports clients managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

Drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rhylee tailors her approach to meet the unique needs, goals, and experiences of each client. She has additional training in the Gottman Method for couples counselling and integrates evidence-based strategies to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

At the heart of Rhylee's work is a strong belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Her warm, laid-back style helps foster a low-pressure atmosphere that puts clients at ease and encourages meaningful self-exploration and growth.

“Everyone carries a story that deserves to be heard. Through connection, my hope is to support you in finding your voice—and when you’re ready, help you begin shaping what comes next.”

Rooted in Purpose

Rhylee's passion for helping others has been a driving force throughout her life. She has always been drawn to supporting people through challenges, offering a listening ear, and helping others recognize their strengths during difficult times. Through both her personal and professional experiences, she has developed a deep appreciation for the resilience people demonstrate when navigating life's inevitable ups and downs.

Working in community mental health and private practice has reinforced Rhylee's belief that seeking support is a sign of strength and that therapy can be valuable during any stage of life. Whether clients are facing major life transitions, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, burnout, or mental health challenges, she feels privileged to walk alongside them as they work toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.

Rhylee believes that meaningful change begins within a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Her warm, approachable, and laid-back style helps foster a low-pressure space where clients can explore challenges openly, gain new perspectives, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life's complexities.
