Dietitian Services

  • Ana’s Nutritional Counselling supports you in developing a new relationship with food and your body.

This service is right for you if…

    • You’re a lifelong dieter and are looking for a more sustainable way to eat and engage with nutrition

    • Have a chronic health condition like diabetes, IBS, PCOS, or high cholesterol and need to adjust your diet and lifestyle to prioritize your health

    • You want to lose weight in a safe and sustainable fashion that accommodates your unique needs and preferences

    • You or your child has a diagnosis like ADHD and you need support in learning how food can facilitate symptom reduction

    • You want to be healthier but don’t know where to start

Nutritional Counselling involves a comprehensive intake where Ana explores your current food habits and goals. Ana will then walk alongside you to make slow and sustainable changes in your diet and lifestyle.

Nutrition counselling aims to assist you in cultivating sustainable habits and transitioning from structured meal plans to intuitive eating, fostering a balanced and healthy relationship with food.

Initial Assessment: The initial session encompasses an in-depth assessment, delving into your food history, dietary intake, body image concerns, medical background, physical activity, sleep patterns, and stress management. During this session, we will collaboratively identify the areas of focus and establish how your dietitian can best support you.

Follow-ups: We recognize that nutrition and lifestyle changes are gradual processes requiring time and commitment. Therefore, expect follow-up appointments to help you progress toward your long-term goals. These appointments serve as opportunities to address questions, discuss and address challenges, and receive additional tools and resources. Your goals, readiness to change, and current relationship with food will determine the number and frequency of follow-up sessions.

You are welcome to purchase individual sessions as you go or purchase one of the following packages:
