Her care is compassionate, accessible, and rooted in a mind–body approach that helps clients nourish their bodies, regulate hormones, support gut health, and build a more trusting relationship with food. Shelby’s goal is to help every client feel nourished, grounded, and confident in their health journey. Shelby provides holistic, evidence-based nutrition support for women, teens, children, and families. With advanced training across mental health, neurology, digestive health, and community care, she works with concerns such as hormone balance, fertility and preconception nutrition, ADHD and neurodivergent eating patterns, emotional eating, blood sugar and energy regulation, stress-related symptoms, and digestive issues. Shelby also offers child-centered feeding support for picky eating, growth concerns, and mealtime anxiety. She creates practical, personalized meal plans and empowers clients to build sustainable habits, improve mood and energy, and feel more confident in their relationship with food.

Shelby specializes in women’s nutrition, supporting clients with hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, digestive issues, low energy, fatigue, stress-related symptoms, and mood disturbances. Using a mind–body approach, she helps women nourish their bodies, regulate hormones, support gut health, and feel more grounded during life transitions. Shelby has a strong passion for fertility nutrition and empowering women to feel confident and supported throughout their journey.
ADHD Nutrition, Teens & Emotional Eating
With extensive experience in hospital psychology units and mental health care, Shelby supports teens and young adults with ADHD, emotional eating, body image struggles, irregular appetite patterns, and mood or energy challenges. Her ADHD-focused nutrition support helps clients improve concentration, stabilize blood sugar, build structure around meals, and create realistic routines that work with—not against—their brain.
Children’s Nutrition & Feeding Support
Shelby provides gentle, child-centered nutrition care for picky eating, growth concerns, feeding difficulties, digestive symptoms, gut-related issues, and mealtime anxiety. Her approach helps families reduce stress at the table, support healthy growth, and build positive long-term eating habits.
Family Nutrition & Practical Meal Planning
Shelby offers customized meal plans tailored to personal health goals, digestive concerns, hormone balance, ADHD-friendly eating, weight stability, energy needs, and busy family schedules. She creates practical, easy-to-follow plans that help families feel more organized, nourished, and confident at mealtimes.
Meal Planning Packages
A meal planning package for yourself, a child, or your entire family can be purchased by phone (403-981-9868) or in person at Maliya. This plan includes the following:
A 45-minute meal planning session following your initial appointment, providing with you with a meal plan for the month for either yourself, you and your partner, your child, or your entire family.
Three 15-minute weekly follow-up sessions to discuss any questions or concerns.
PACKAGE TOTAL = $400.00 (must be paid prior to booking any meal planning sessions)
