Metabolic Balance is a personalized nutrition program that was designed to reset your metabolism and bring your hormones into balance using whole foods, allowing you to not only lose weight but rediscover optimum health and vitality.

  • The program creates individualized meal plans using 36 blood markers to determine which foods will provide your body with the nutrients it needs. Health history plus food likes and dislikes are also taken into consideration when generating your plan.

    Your personalized nutrition plan acts as your “road-map”, indicating exactly which foods you should eat in order to orchestrate the biochemical changes needed for reaching your desired weight and health goals.

    The objective of the program is to balance out your blood chemistry and your hormones, reduce inflammatory markers, as well as control your cortisol and insulin levels, making it very effective for weight loss.

  • This is a 6 month program and includes blood testing, custom meal plans, and unlimited coaching and support with Janet.

    The progam is $1700 in total. It is not covered by insurance but can be submitted to your Health Spending Account.

Janet Perry

20 years ago Janet combined her love of food with her passion for health and well-being and went back to school. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition gaining certification as a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (CHNC).

Janet has continued her studies over the years and is now a Metabolic Balance Coach, Certified Sports Nutrition Consultant (CSNC), Certified Reiki Master, Colon Hydrotherapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher.

Additionally, she has taken several cooking courses including an introductory chef course based on healthy culinary arts at George Brown College in Toronto. Over the last 16 years she has worked as a Personal Chef, using her nutrition knowledge and culinary skills to create healthy meals for her clients in their homes.

Janet specializes in digestive health, weight loss, cleansing, meal planning, recipe creation, food preparation and healthy cooking. 

She takes a holistic approach for improving your well-being in a relaxed, comfortable and compassionate environment where you can explore new ways to enjoy optimum health and vitality.
