This massage style supports both mental and emotional well-being by calming the mind and soothing the nervous system. It gently relieves symptoms of back pain, joint discomfort, and muscle tension, while promoting circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system to strengthen immunity. Beyond physical relief, it helps ease chronic conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and stress—leaving you feeling balanced, restored, and deeply relaxed.

A session where the practitioner and client agree that there will be little to no conversation during the treatment. Creates a calm, meditative environment, helps you fully relax without feeling the need to chat, and allows deeper mind-body awareness as you focus on sensations, breathing and release.

This therapeutic treatment targets the deepest structures of the body to address postural issues, range of motion limitations and more. The techniques utilized are firm and specific and are designed to activate the body’s own inflammatory response to initiate healing from within. The deep tissue treatments use a much greater scale of pressure and techniques are adapted to provide a release of muscle tension and restrictions. Deep tissue massage uses a variety of techniques depending on the desired client goal. Deep Tissue massage can also be used to provide a relaxation effect for clients without specific issues but rather looking for a deeper massage to release stress and promote overall wellness.

A cupping treatment is unique in that it offers the lifting and separation of different layers of tissue, this facilitates the restoration of blood flow in, lymph flow out, and optimal nerve function. Cupping is great for compressed joints, relief from fascial restriction, numbness/tingling in the extremities, etc.
Offered by Debbie - glass vacuum cupping

Thai massage is a holistic modality & is relatively new to the western world. The techniques applied have been used for centuries to help relieve muscular stress, joint tension, back, neck or hip pain. It increases flexibility, strengthens the body, improves circulation, freeing blockages in energy flow & stimulates internal organs. Thai yoga massage also enhances detoxification from mental, emotional, & physical strain; revitalizing and releasing stress. It uses massage work within the meridian lines to unblock stuck energy in the body. The recipient wears loose, comfortable clothing that allows for full body movement, as one lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. Rather than rubbing on the muscles, there is pressure applied while the rest of the body is pulled, stretched & rocked. Postures can be held in seated, prone, supine or side lying positions. Thai yoga massage also uses an ayurvedic approach to maximize the therapeutic intent. Offered by Sara
