Maliya’s Series to Wellness
Healing feels lighter when shared in community.
If you’re craving connection, support, and a growth mindset, our women’s group may be the right space for you. Guided by Kimberley Hansen, a Clinical Counsellor, and Amy Coupland, a Provisional Psychologist, this group creates a safe and supportive environment. Unlike individual therapy, group counselling brings women together who are walking a similar path of growth and discovery.
