Maliya’s Series to Wellness

Healing feels lighter when shared in community.

If you’re craving connection, support, and a growth mindset, our women’s group may be the right space for you. Guided by Kimberley Hansen, a Clinical Counsellor, and Amy Coupland, a Provisional Psychologist, this group creates a safe and supportive environment. Unlike individual therapy, group counselling brings women together who are walking a similar path of growth and discovery.

  • What You’ll Experience

    Each 90-minute session includes:

Evidence-based tools for stress, anxiety, and overwhelm

Education on the nervous system and emotional regulation

    Meaningful connection and peer support

A Maliya journal and pen for reflections and tools

You may attend Part 1 only, Part 2 only, or both. Sessions are designed to stand-alone, so it doesn't limit who can attend.
